The IHC Collective primarily represents a strategic alliance between Ivory Howell Counseling, LLC and exceptional licensed professionals operating solo private practices. Ivory Howell, LPCC formed The IHC Collective with these goals in mind:

-Empowering Clinicians

We nurture skilled therapists as they grow their independently owned practices by offering luxury office space as well as billing, referral, and consulting services while they focus on their craft and their clients.

-Honoring Clients

We promote client dignity and freedom of choice in the pre-therapy stage by welcoming them with accessible and approachable guidance and support as they seek connection to their ideal therapist.

-Unifying Helpers

We cultivate relationships among advocates, nurse practitioners, doctors, and therapists within and outside of our collective so they may better network and coordinate, strengthening their quality of care and access to resources for community members fighting for better mental health.

-Investing Resources

We mentor student counselors and employ/supervise associate level clinicians as they navigate the early stages of their professional development.
